Shipping & Handling:
· Destinations: We ship to virtually any country in the world. Note there are some restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we will contact you.
· Shippping Costs: Our flat rate shipping fee is $2.99!
· Shipping Availability Date:
§ For items in stock, orders will be available for shipping within 1-3 business days after payment has been cleared.
§ For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.
§ You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped.
· Delivery Time: All shipments will be delivered via the shipping method you selected. For air courier, delivery time will generally take from 7 to 9 business days after the shipping date. Total delivery time, including preparing the order for shipping and shipping time, is typically 9 to 15 business days. In some cases, your customs authority may hold your order which may delay the delivery date.
Customs clearance, import duties and VAT
· Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
· All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
· mambag.com shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
· Must include a valid original purchase order number from mambag.com. Purchases made outside of mambag.com must contact respective seller for returns.
· Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
· Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
· Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
· Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
*Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. 9commerce Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery *Please Note: All Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
